KITCHEN REMODELING

This kitchen remodel was for a customer located in Hillsborough, New Jersey. It was a complete remodel of a 30 year old outdated, builder grade kitchen. The kitchen features Shenandoah cabinetry with numerous upgrades to the cabinets. All high end fixtures and appliances were chosen by the customer from the Delta hands free faucets, Frankie sinks, to the GE profile appliances. With the creation of a food preparation area, a second small sink was added. Various lighting features, such as Seagull under cabinet lighting, task lighting, and recessed lighting was added.

The kitchen pictures shown below was a remodel completed in Hillsborough, NJ Somerset County. The project consisted of both the kitchen itself and the front dining area along with moulding and flooring throughout the entire 1st level. The soffits were removed and the dividing wall between the two rooms was removed. This opened up the room dramatically. Cherry Bordeaux finish cabinets were chosen along with a Santa Cecilia countertop. The flooring of choice was an American Olean porcelain, tru edge tile. GE Profile appliances were used.

This kitchen is a remodel within a townhouse complex. This L-shape kitchen remodel included the removal of a wall and soffit. Two styles of white melamine cabinets were used and the top cabinets were installed at two different heights. To add to the feel of the desired appearance, a ceramic tile French Polout was incorporated into the backsplash. Oak hardwood flooring was installed through most of the 1st level. The appliances are manufactured by Jenn-Air.
